 Paul DeCouRsin-Facility Manager and Instrument Rated Pilot

Paul is a long time Wauwatosa resident who joined Youth & Aviation Inc. in January of 2022. He has added experience to the organization as an active and instructional pilot. Paul regularly gives airplane rides to youth and adults interested in developing piloting skills. He also has talents related to facility and work crew management from his long career with We Energies. Paul worked as a Substation Construction and maintenance manager for the well respected utility company. Paul serves as the commander of the Milwaukee 10th Senior Support Squadron and actively participates in Civil Air Patrol missions. He is currently the director of the Great Lakes Flight Academy held annually in Oshkosh for 16-18 year old Civil Air Patrol cadets.
